Our People
The Faces Behind Pharmadyne
Pharmadyne is a high quality GMP pharmaceutical packaging company based in Ghana. Founded in 2025 by Idris, Terry and Jeremy, the company was created by three industry professionals who have built their careers across the pharmaceutical sector.
Each founder brings more than 12 years of experience and complementary expertise across the drug development lifecycle. Idris specialises in regulatory affairs and supports compliance, strategic planning, and alignment with global health authority expectations. Jeremy brings extensive clinical trial experience and has worked on the development of innovative therapies from early concept through to patient impact. Terry is a CMC specialist with expertise in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls, supporting quality, efficiency and operational excellence in product development and production.
Pharmadyne was established to address long standing gaps in local pharmaceutical development across Africa. Our mission is to reduce reliance on imports by localising pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging in Ghana and across the wider region. We aim to partner with local pharmaceutical manufacturers to strengthen collaboration, build technical capacity and accelerate sustainable industry growth across the continent.
Through this work, Pharmadyne seeks to create skilled jobs, strengthen local supply chains, and contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical infrastructure. Our goal is simple and practical. Greater access to safe, high-quality medicines for communities across Africa.
Patricia brings more than 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, including nine years in quality compliance at GSK and Haleon. She brings integrity, collaboration, and a people first mindset to her work, from delivering complex projects to championing inclusion as Chief of Staff for EMBRACE, Haleon’s Ethnic Minority Employee Resource Group.
